Prime Lambs
A bigger number entry this week and overall a decent quality entry. More heavier well fed lambs forward this week which is the lambs that are wanted. Trade was as expected, dearer this week with all buyers back around the ring and all keen to secure lambs. The heavy lambs are very wanted and met readily strong demand from start to finish. Also well wantedwere the 44kg plus lambs. Again those weaker, leaner lambs are a lesser trade but certainly more buyers wanting these feeding lambs. Hopefully this trade will continue through July which is more likely if numbers nationally remain tight through the month.
