A man in his 50s as died after an incident involving a farm vehicle.
Emergency services were called to a farm in Woolavington Road, near Puriton, at around 8.40am on Thursday, October 17.
The man has sadly died following the incident, sparking a police and health and safety investigation.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "A man in his 50s sadly died after an incident involving a farm vehicle.
"We are treating the death as unexplained, pending the results of a post mortem.
"The death is being investigated jointly by the police and HSE.
"Enquiries are on-going."
Police have confirmed no arrests have been made following the incident.
