Bee hives and farm machinery have been destroyed in a barn fire in the Blunts area of east Cornwall.
The fire took place on the night of Thursday, January 30.
The police have stated that "a significant amount of farm machinery was destroyed along with several active bee hives."
In addition, they report that a dark coloured 4x4 vehicle was seen in the area.
Officers advise that appropriate security is present on farms and that farmers remain vigilant for suspicious activity.
