A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "Upon arrival, crews confirmed one vehicle and one storage barn were well alight.
"They swiftly got to work tackling the fire and preventing further fire spread using a compressed air foam system attack jet.
"The crews managed to douse the flames using several jets, breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera, some small tools and portable lighting.
"The barn was 100 per cent damaged by the fire and the vehicle involved was 80 per cent damaged.
