Approximately 90 tonnes of hay were destroyed by fire in a Somerset barn yesterday morning (Sunday, September 27).
The incident, in Luxborough, unfolded at just after 9.40am.
Three fire crews from Minehead and Taunton, along with a water carrier from Bridgwater, were sent to the scene after a call from a member of the public.

A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "On arrival, the Incident Commander confirmed that the fire involved approximately 90 tonnes of hay that had been fully involved in the fire, and got crews to work to tackle the fire using hose reel jets."
At just after 2pm, crews from Wellington and Tiverton took over to continue turning over the hay and damping down the scene.
