Police in Helston have issued a fresh appeal for witnesses after a sheep was killed and butchered in a farmer's field at the weekend.
The butchery took place on the night of Saturday, November 7 when the sheep was caught and killed within the farmer's field in an area of Ninemaidens.
The killers used a vehicle that was likely left parked on the cut through from the B3297 towards the B3280 which is the triangle shaped cut through that runs around the back of the Ninemaidens school.

This section of road is often used by those travelling between Helston and Redruth, and Camborne to Falmouth.
If anyone saw any vehicles parked along that section of road or any vehicles acting suspiciously please call Crimestoppers or PC 7126 Tompkins at Devon and Cornwall Police on 101 quoting CR/094372/20.
