Young farmers from Somerset met the Countess of Wessex on Monday (May 17).
Members of Somerset Young Farmers' Club met with the Countess at an event held at the Royal Bath and West Showground.
Chloe Parris, Will Hooper, Victoria Look, Tom Pope and county chairman Ben Goulding had the chance to discuss with her how the pandemic had affected the Young Farmers' movement and how they are now looking forward to an exciting future.
They report that the Countess was interested in their point of view and the farmers believe that it was a worthwhile visit.
Ben said: “We spoke to the Countess for about ten minutes and found her to be very interested in Somerset Young Farmers.
"Thanks to the Bath and West for organising the event.”
