It was an early start for fire crews tasked with a tractor fire near Tiverton in the early hours of this morning (Friday, February 25).
They were mobilised at 4.46am to reports of the machine on fire on farmland near Templeton.

Firefighters from Tiverton and Danes Castle fought the fire with hose reel jets and used a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
While they managed the fire, the farmer removed bales of silage that were nearby to prevent the fire spreading.
By 7.16am the fire was out and crews returned to base.
The cause of the fire was confirmed to be accidental.
