A woman has been charged after two dogs killed 80 ducks and two sheep on a farm.
The three-month old ducks were killed by dogs that had got into a shed on Mayne Farm in Elgin, Moray, at around 4am on Monday, September 12.
One week later, on Monday September 19, four sheep were mauled to death on the same farm.
Police have arrested a 42-year-old woman and charged her in connection with worrying livestock.
The farm owners shared the news of the attacks on Facebook, saying: "These ducks are only three months old and were very difficult to find and to replace.
"There will be no more Allarburn Duck Eggs. There will be no more dog walkers welcome.
"We are devastated - this was a prolonged attack on these defenceless animals."
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal and the woman charged by police is expected to appear at court at a later date.
