A person was injured in a barn fire in North Cornwall on Saturday evening (January 21).
The fire service was called to the burning barn near Warbstow at just after 6pm.
Fire engines from Bude and Delabole attended, together with an officer from Launceston.
When the crews arrived, they found the barn to be well alight, so called for two more pumps from Launceston and Bude, as well as a water carrier from Wadebridge.
Unfortunately a person suffered smoke inhalation and a minor burn, the fire service confirmed.

Wearing breathing apparatus, fire fighters confined the fire to the room is had started in and then extinguished in with hose reel jets.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
