A group of young farmers from Somerset visited a feed mill in Exeter earlier this week.
More than 30 young farmers from Wedmore young farmers' club visited For Farmers’ Exeter Mill on Tuesday (April 4).
ForFarmers develops and sells livestock feed across Europe and the young farmers learned about the company, the products that it makes and how the business has developed over the years.
They also learnt about how the business is becoming digitalised - and found out that their generation is the reason for this as they are the future customer base of the company.
The group toured the mill, seeing the high standards that For Farmers apply to their manufacturing process which takes place 24 hours a day.

A competition to guess the height of the feed mill prompted much fun and the winner was awarded an Easter egg. (The answer, by the way, is 39.7 metres for those wanting to know.)
The tour was organised for the young farmers by accounts manager Anthony Power and Wedmore YFC definitely enjoyed and is grateful to For Farmers for the visit and the company's kind hospitality.
