A telehandler caught fire in a field near Dorchester on Saturday morning (May 6).
The fire service was called with reports of the machine on fire in the Affpuddle area at 8.45am.
Fire crews from Dorchester, Wareham and Poole were sent.
They found a telehandler on fire that had been moving bales.
Working fast, they extinguished the fire using hose reel jets.
Sharing photos of the incident to Facebook, Wareham Fire Station posted: "Fire Call 8:45am. One fire engine was sent to Affpuddle to a tractor fire.
"We were joined by Poole and Dorchester fire station.
"Firefighters quickly tackled the blaze and the fire was out within minutes."
The following morning Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service was called out to two further telehandlers on fire, one near Honiton and the other in East Devon.
