A DAIRY farm with a milking parlour and a cublicle shed is available to let.
The Wiltshire Council owned farm, in the village of Seend near Devizes, is available with Symonds & Sampson.
Knightsmead Farm is on the outskirts of the village and includes a five bedroom house and outbuildings. It has a 12x12 herringbone milking parlour and a 112-bay cubicle shed. It is to be let as an equipped dairy farm only.
In total, the farm extends to 147 acres: 114 that surround the farm and 34 less than a mile away.
A spokesperson for Symonds & Sampson said: "The farm offers an exciting opportunity for a new or expanding farmer to take up the reins of this established premises in early 2024, on a 10-year Farm Business Tenancy."
The council will be imposing a cap on milking of 120 cows, unless the tenant can provide evidence of the ability to provide a minimum of six months slurry storage at the farm.
