A MAN has been arrested after farm was broken into in the early hours of Tuesday, March 12.
At 3:30am, a rural property in Moor Critchel, Dorset, was burgled. A ladder, stihl jet wash, battery and charger pack, stihl hedge trimmer and a mini Shetland Hitec Harness and Liverpool Driving bit (which was marked with the postcode of the address) was stolen.
Dorset Police's rural crime team made enquiries, and arrested a man for burglary. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
A vehicle, found in Poole, was also siezed by the police as they suspected it was involved in the crime.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "Big shout out to Special Constable 3071 who came out to assist the team at short notice. Thanks Dorset Police Special Constabulary!
"If you live in the Moor Critchel area and have CCTV please check it. We are particularly interested in any sightings of a white car-derived van which is believed to have been in the area with multiple occupants.
