ONE of the largest farms to be sold in the south west now has new owners - Oxygen Conservation.
D.R. Kivell Country Property has sold Siblyback Farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. This is a 970 acre livestock farm with a five bedroom, five reception room farmhouse, modern buildings and barns.
It was sold against a guide price of £10million to Oxygen Conservation, who who own and manage multiple estates across England and Scotland. Their mission is to tackle the climate crisis and biodiversity collapse by protecting and restoring natural processes.
David Kivell said: “It has been an honour and a privilege to have been trusted to sell such a large well renowned farm in the Cornish landscape.”
The sellers of the farm added: “Well David what can we say that hasn’t already been said by many other country property owners. We would like to thank David, Peter and the whole team for selling our longstanding family home. They were very sensitive, helpful and professional, as it was an emotional time for us.”
