AGRICULTURAL land, woodland, small holdings and more will be up for grabs at a property auction later this month.

Symonds & Sampson are holding their May property auction at The Guildhall in Axminster on May 16 from 2pm until 5pm. 

There will be a range of properties up for auction including: 

  • Grade 3 agricultural land at Whitestone, close to Exeter, 8.29 acres. This is suitable for agricultural, equestrian or other uses.

  • Cottage for rennovation, buildings and 12 acres of orchard and pastureland, at Shute, Axminster. This is for sale in two lots. 
  • Cottage for rennovation, buildings with potential for redevelopment (STPP) and 26 acres of pasture at woodland, Spreyton, Crediton.
