A broken down tractor caused delays on major roads in Dorset.
As previously reported, drivers were experiencing traffic problems at the roundabout between the A35 and the A31 at Bere Regis on Thursday, May 16 at around 5.30pm.
Dorset Police has subsequently confirmed that the road was temporarily blocked due to a broken-down tractor on the A31in Bere Regis near the garage roundabout.
Officers were in attendance at the scene and the tractor was recovered.
The road was cleared at around 6.30pm.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At 5.15pm on Thursday, May 16 2024, we received a report of a broken-down tractor on the A31 in Bere Regis near the garage roundabout.
"The road was temporarily blocked.
"Officers attended the incident and arrangements were made for the recovery of the tractor.
"The road was cleared at around 6.30pm."
