LAND in Devon is for sale in a property auction later this month.
Pasture and woodland, which extends to 56.99 acres, is for sale in the Symonds & Sampson property auction on June 20.
The land, which is on the outskirts of Butterleigh, near Tiverton, has a track leading to it and is accessible from the highway.
A spokesperson from Symonds & Sampson said: "The predominately level, Grade 3 land is arranged in eight parcels, interspersed with water meadow and woodland, and enjoys attractive views of the Burn Valley and picturesque Devon countryside."
The guide price for the land is £475,000. The auction will take place in Sherborne, but is also available online.
