A NEW agricultural feed and supply store has opened in Somerset. 

After a successful open day on Saturday, September 14, Wiveliscombe Country Feeds has now opened its doors. The open day included a barbecue and a raffle. 

The business is run by Ali and Abbie Vile, who live on a beef and sheep farm in Wiveliscombe. 

Abbie said: "Opening a Country Supply store in Wiveliscombe is something we have wanted to do for a number of years, it is something we have always thought was missing from the town.

"With the town being a central area for the surrounding rural community, it is such a great location. We want to support the local town and farming community and feel this is a great opportunity to do so.

"We have had an enormous amount of positive comments and support so far and can’t wait to see what the next few months have in store for us as we settle in and expand our range."

The store stocks a range of agricultural products and feeds, as well as pet feed and sundries.
