THERE is just one week left to buy tickets to this year's South West Farmer Awards.

Now in their eighth year, our farming awards give those in the West Country a chance to stand up and be recognised for putting food on our plates.

Our 2024 awards ceremony will be held at the Somerset County Cricket Club on Thursday, November 7 from 6:30pm.

Whether you are a family or friend of a nominee, or just someone who wants to support our farming heroes, you can buy tickets here - https://store.newsquest.co.uk/tickets. If you buy tickets, you will need to RSVP, by filling out this form. You can buy tickets until October 25 2024.

NFU Mutual is the main sponsor of the awards, and is also sponsoring Outstanding Achievement and the South West Farmer of the Year.

There is still time to sponsor an award, if you are interested call Roland Ebert on 01326 213322.
