DIRECTIONS

FLOOD RISK STATUS

The government's long term flood risk website suggests that there is a very low risk of river and sea flooding and flooding from other sources is unlikely. However, it does suggest that the risk of surface water flooding is high. We have been advised by the vendor, that the property has never flooded during their 30 year occupancy.
