DIRECTIONS
From Exeter and the M5 take the A38 south for approximately 18 miles and leave the Dartsbridge junction. Take the A384 for Dartington and Totnes.
From Plymouth, take the A38 north and leave at the Marley Head junction. Take the A385 for Dartington and Totnes.
From Totnes take the A381 towards Newton Abbot. After approximately 3 miles take the right hand turn at 'Red Post Garage', sign posted Afton. After approximately 1 mile you will enter the hamlet of Afton. At the bottom of the hill, with a red post box on your left hand side, continue around to the right for approximately 100 yards and then you will see a turning on your right signposted 'unsuitable for motor vehicles', take this right hand turn. (This is before you go up the hill into the woods). Continue on this road for approximately 0.3 miles, past a large pond on your left, and take the right hand turning through two large stone pillars with a sign saying 'Private Property'. The property can be found at the top of the driveway.
LETTING
